This is the only office in Ireland. At this office the Premium 1 Service cut off time is 12 midday. It also operates the Fast Track 1 Week service where the new passport is sent to you in the post rather then having to wait for it as with the Premium Service. The Fast Track and Premium Services can be used for a standard renewal. For applications for a lost, damaged or stolen passport you will only be able to use the 1 Week Fast Track service. The following is what is required based on the type of application you are making…
If your passport has been lost:
- The LS01 form,
- Two recent photographs- one of which should be countersigned,
- The application form
- The correct fee.
If your passport has been damaged:
- Your damaged passport,
- The application form- ensuring that you elaborate on how your passport was damaged,
- The correct fee,
- Two recent photographs, one which must be countersigned
If your passport has been stolen:
- A crime reference number,
- Two recent photographs- one to be countersigned
- The correct fee,
- The application form.
For standard renewals:
- Your last passport,
- Two photographs,
- The correct fee,
- The application form.
If you are applying for a first child or adult passport:
- The application form,
- Two recent photographs- one to be countersigned,
- The correct fee,
- Birth certificate or adoption certificate.
