The best way to secure an express passport is via the Premium Service where you can receive your new passport within 4 hours of your application being accepted.

However this service is not available for lost, stolen or renewals or for those over 15 who have never held a British passport before. A first time adult applicant will need to apply through the Standard Passport Application Service.

There are seven Passport Offices’ in the UK: Belfast, Glasgow, Liverpool, London, Newport, Peterborough and Durham all of which offer the Fast Track and Premium Service although it’s important to state that you cannot just turn up at an office, you will need to have an appointment. His Majesty’s Passport Office often advises the public that they should expect to wait up to 2-3 weeks to attend a one day appointment however through our innovative Queue Jumping Service we can often secure your ideal appointment date and sometimes time due to constant monitoring of the Passport Office calendars.

Our independent organisation also offers a “done for you” service that involves one of our agents attending the appointment on the applicants behalf, this means they do not have to take the day off work, travel to the Passport Office or collect the passport in person as we do it all for you.

If you have lost your British Passport in the UK you need to report the loss to the Police and complete an LS01 form to report your loss to both the authorities and the British Passport Office.

You should complete this form before you can secure a replacement passport and will need to complete the lost and stolen PDF form for multiple passports if more than one has been misplaced.

It’s important to state that once the passport has been reported as lost should you come across it again you will not be able to re-activate it. You will need to apply for a new passport. Therefore we suggest that you have a very good look for it before reporting it as lost.

The Standard Application Service means that you will have to wait up to 8 weeks for a replacement passport. If you need it sooner then the Fast Track Service allows you to secure a replacement passport within a 1 week.
