HM Passport Office & Coronavirus

The coronavirus pandemic has affected the opening hours and services provided by the seven HM Passport Offices throughout the UK. Submission Supports’ third party services and support remain the same however all seven Passport Offices are operating at reduced capacity at present. The latest information can be found below…

1 Day & 7 Day Services

At this time no appointments are being allocated for the Fast Track 1 Week and Premium 1 Day application and renewal services. However you can reserve a slot with us and as soon as they are being allocated again you will be at the front of the queue to receive an urgent appointment. Book an Urgent Appointment here >>

Standard Applications & Renewals

Applications & Renewals are still being accepted via the standard process where you complete the application form and then post the old/current passport and two passport photos to our UK office with your new passport arriving via secure courier. This process currently takes 3 weeks & does not require any face to face appointment.
