HM Passport Office & Coronavirus

The coronavirus pandemic has affected the opening hours and services provided by the seven HM Passport Offices throughout the UK. Submission Supports’ third party services and support remain the same however all seven Passport Offices are operating at reduced capacity at present. The latest information can be found below…


1 Day & 7 Day Services

At this time no appointments are being allocated for the Fast Track 1 Week and Premium 1 Day application and renewal services. Standard Applications & Renewals

Applications & Renewals are still being accepted via our standard process where the applicants details are entered online, a specialist checks for errors & omissions, the form is then posted to the applicant to sign and then return along with the old passport (if you still have it) and two passport photographs via the free-post envelope. Passport Questions
